Why do they always just want to be friends?
The first time they saw you they liked you.
They wanted to be with you, but they thought it would be better to get to
know eachother first.
So that's what you did and he became to attatched to your personality.
Now he still likes you and you like him but he seems to think it will be
better if you stay friends.
He tells you it's because you are too good of friends now.
But you know the truth, you know it's because he does'nt want to hurt you.
He does'nt want to loose you as a friend, he wants you in his life.
And he figures if there is a relationship with you, more then friends and
something goes wrong he will loose you forever.
That scares him more then you can imagine.
But you know that the both of you want to be together but that always stands
in the way.
The thought of something happening that could effect your friendship later.
You hate that it always happens to you.
You just wish that one guy could look past that and see how good it could
be.
And that he does'nt have to worry about not being friends afterwards because
we will be.
As long as he can be a truthful, honest, good boyfriend then we would'nt
have anything to worry about after we break up.
But every guy is too scarred to try it out.
I just wish one guy could suck it up and just take a chance.
Because maybe if one does then the rest will too.
I am just tired of being alone because someone does'nt want to take a chance
and try it out.
They don't see that them doing what they do hurts me more then if we were to
go out and break up.
Even though I think it is sweet that they try to protect me I wish they
would'nt.
So instead of trying to save me please just take a chance.
And you will see how great it can be.
