Reflection; burning feeling
Held within my chest
Tears, forgotten feelings
Smothered and put to rest
Deadened eyes and evil soul,
Heart the colour of blackened coal.
Lips blue from coldness
Fingers frigid from iciness.
Black locks snaking down,
Pale, white, sunken skin.
Reflecting the frozen depths within.
Embers of fire crying out,
Life dwindling one last time,
Then giving out.
