Who am I?

Tap me on my shoulder, so I'll know to turn around
I cant stand staring straight ahead into the nothingness I've found
You wouldnt recognize me, if you had only seen my face
You wouldnt know who I was, until you heard my name
My eyes are full with ruthfulness, because I know I dont belong
And you cant say that its not true, because I know that I'm not wrong
But I'm sorry Im not smiling in the photographs you've found
In the pile of forgotten mess, I've left lying around
But it'll be gone soon I'm sure after months and weeks have passed
After you look at all the pills, and all the jagged glass
Please know that I will be alrgiht, and you will be soon too
Because on the day I've really left, you will see the truth
