Reflecting on a Moment

sometimes days are for the boring, not for me as i stand and watch the sky
bleed,

never has there ever been such a glorious sight, as the clouds will weep and
wash away all of our sins of tomorrow,

and stand there as i may, i recently found out that things are going to
happen, and the world as we know it will only evolve,

through a thousand years today will never be missed and will soon be
history, a history that won't be remembered,

and as it may sound sad, it will only be that way for a moment, and we could
chose to reflect on this precious day,

but never will it happen, it is special and unique, as everyday spent alive
is, and things will only look forth,

now the sun breaks through these angry clouds, and the sins pour down my
body,

as i stare in the face of light i can tell the story of how i saw this
moment at its weakest, and as some people should forget this imperfect time
i will astonish it always...
