Silence Due To Awe

Rip out my insides and drain them just to make your wine
I would kill for you, die for you, both put into one
Just to taste of your flesh is to float past cloud nine
Are you sure of what you’ve awakened by your song

Serenading me, you are the moon and the stars
I’ve been blessed by your presence, blessed I say
Serenity so deep and ever flowing is as sparse
As this smile being brought to my face
You are true

Every little word gracing this paper can fade with time
Just so long as you can hear them and know of your love
Passing by to neverwhere, my hands stay at my side
For your comfort flows through me
You, dear, are my octave
