All she ever wanted,
was to be good enough for him,

All she ever wanted,
was a smile or a grin,

All she ever wanted,
was a simple,small, hello

All she ever wanted,
was someone to call her own,

All she ever wanted,
was a shot at love so true,

All she ever wanted,
Was a simple "i love you",,

She got more than she bargened for,
A man to call her own,

Some one to hold her close at night,
so she would never be alone,

She found her love,
She found her life,

She dropped her fears,
She dopped the knife,

She changed her world,
To better suit his,

She gave up it all,
For him she lived,

He didn't relize just what he had,
Took it for granted,
Always got mad,

he Yelled and screemed,
ment none of it at all,

She cried and cried,
Her spirit, stripped raw,

Though mistakes were made,
There love held strong,

Nothing felt right,
Yet nothing was wrong

As he sat and waited,
For a simple phone call,

He thought of life without her,
bagan to bawl,

As these tears dripped down his face,
he wished these thoughts he could earase

and as these tears drip down his cheek,
he hopes there love was not this week

He hoped there love could stand the test of time,
But his thoughts were inturupted by a small firmiliar chime,

As he picked up the phone,
his thoughts,reasured,

For, from this firmiliar voice,
Came three simple words,

He knew right then,
He knew right there,

His life was with her,
No one could compare

Life was great,
Life was grand,

And for ever shal they walk,
walk, hand and hand
