This just isn't right,
It's something I can't explain,
It's never felt this way before,
It's a different kind of pain,
It used to slice right through me,
Sharp and smooth,
With an ease,
But this time it was different,
This time it made me freeze,
I couldn't move,
I couldn't breathe,
I couldn't even think,
Sitting on my bathroom floor,
A pool of blood surrounds me,
It's over now,
I can't go back,
This time it's the end,
I promised you just one last time,
And I would never cut again,
That's a promise I will never break,
I shall never cut again.
