You Were My Everything

You’re my sunshine when I wake
Colors of fall on a tree
Reflection in the lake
The sounds of the sea

You’re the one I think of
When I’m going to sleep
You’re the one I love
But now I just weep

I love you so much
Why can’t you see?
I loved your touch
You made me feel free

Baby, forgive me please
I feel like a slut
You make my heart freeze
Now I want to cut

But this is over I guess
I don’t want it this way
When you were mine I felt blessed
I wish you would stay!

I keep doing those sighs
All I want is
To apologize
But I did it, I've done it.

I'm giving up right now
Makes me want to frown
I'm apologizing now
And here is my tear.
