Even though
You're laying next to me
The distance is
So far between,
I see you, I smell you
I taste your skin
I feel your heartbeat
Somewhere within,
My body is here
But its just a shell
Inside she lies
A stranger dwells,
My mind is somewhere
A million miles away
It left sometime
Earlier today,
Happiness seems
Impossible away from me
With broken hearts
And shattered dreams,
To be in my own body
Hurts way too much
But I'm brought back to reality
By the feel of your touch,
And for now the worlds okay
For now I feel safe
Please don't let me go
I need your embrace,
The way you kiss me
Sends shivers down to my feet
And its in this moment
That I can enjoy reality...
