Hollow Eyes

Darkness always reigns,
Clouds cover the sky.
The rain pours down my damnation,
And sings of my lies.
In this day turned to night,
I have only need,
Of my own sympathy.
In my hollowed out eyes,
I can see you all.
Those who are forgotten,
Flock unto me,
And I will welcome them,
With a bitter smile,
And open wounds.
They seek refuge from,
Their bleeding mascara eyes,
And hearts that snag and tear.
In my hollowed eyes,
I see it all.
I see their despair,
I feel their pain.
My children,
My lost ones.
They are coming home,
To graves that already bare their names,
And soil coated smiles,
Rising from the ground.
They are reaching out to oblivion,
With their shouted cries of hate.
My forsaken ones,
You have always been alone.
