Missing Mothers

Weary is my soul, as my heart is twist and burned.
Bloody is my body, as they beat me more in turn.
So many people's values, are kick him while he's down.
Have they never heard of Jesus, and his poisoned thorny crown?
I try to share my message, and try to set them free.
Yet all they seem to lean to is their own captivity.
Intelligence and Knowledge, is what they claim to have.
Yet know not what to do, when it comes to having love.
They're taught they have no value, if they don't have a job.
But children beg a differ, when they don't get any hugs.
The value of a mother isn't given second thought.
But a doctor's so much better, for that's what they were taught.
The society is changing; it gets worse every day.
So many lovely women, who have all lost their way.
