I see you standing there
I reached out to you
You will not take my hand
I beckonned you to come
but you refused..
I called out your name
you ignored my call
You have chosen to remain
alone...
Isolated..
hiding from intruders
that might revealed
your pain and scars
you have built a wall of defiance
You endeavor to hide your tears
but I see your tear-stained cheek
Your eyes are cold and empty
you cannot feel
you cannot love
you remain in silence
encumbered
I hesitantly walked away
praying
that God will awaken you
that you will be able to
Love again...
but for now...
You sit alone
in your misery
and wait...
