I stand in the blackness
Dwelling on my past
My heart is cold,
My soul is dead.
You saved me, you loved me
You killed me slowly.
Knowing only that you could
You didn’t love me, you didn’t care
All you wanted was to cause me pain
You disinegrate to nothing
As I slowly fade to black
You’re just a betrayal,
A beautiful lie,
A hopeless nightmare.
