She's trapped in a cage
she locked herself in.
Cause she cuts through her soul
instead of her skin.

And her soul's bleeding buckets.
But she won't let
anyone near the wound.

And her soul's really hurting,
but there's nothing anyone can do.

She's not open to God.
She's not open to love.
And she's won't let anyone in.

But when she jumped
she fell into his arms.
He caught her & loved her,
but she ran away.

She'd trip and fall,
and pick herself up.
Just to prove she doesn't need anyone.

And that soul's in real danger
if she continues this way.
