As I look in the mirror at my reflection
Is this really me?
Is this the person I want to be?
Is this the person I accept as me?
Am I ever going to find that “special” someone?
My reflection is not who I am
It’s who I want to become
It’s the person I will become
No regrets
No holdbacks
Just ME
Will everyone accept this new me?
Will everyone say I have changed?
I don’t care what they think
All I care about is me-
For once…
I don’t want anyone’s opinion
