Shes slammed her bedroom door again
shutout everyone she loves
turn-up the music, turnout the lights
soon to get ready for another lonely night

she crawls into bed the tears start to fall
hiding in the dark, staring at the ceiling, shes never felt so small
a knock on the door she yells go away
but deep down inside she wants them to stay

she cant help this feeling hurting her heart from the inside
whats wrong with her why does she hide
only the walls see her secret only the knife feels her pain,
whats wrong shes depressed
she thinks shes insane

nobody visits to say goodnight
but who would, they don't take the time to see shes not alright,
look past the smile look beyond the bedroom door
one last lonely night
a precious little girl now lies dead on the floor.
