We’re all playing a role in this little movie on a big movie screen
Whether it’s horror, comedy, romance, drama
Each characters life, slowly begins to have a meaning

The back is dark
You can’t see anyone’s face
But you know they’re watching
Becoming apart of your day.

The movie plays along..

Each person getting their never-ending piece of fame
Well, even when their life sucks this much
When you see them magically rise up and manage to smile
Whose to blame?

You’re famous now..
But Your life sucks
Your parents hit you
and to escape would be no luck

You’re famous now aren’t you happy?

Oh wait--

I forgot YOUR life sucks too!
He dumped you because of rumors going around
Started by some stupid kid at school

Yea, I know how it is..
I know what it’s like…

Feel like everyone’s watching you
All judging you from the exterior

Oh wait- I forgot to mention..

Your life sucks too buddy!

Kids at school laugh and point at you
Look at you like you’re some kinda’ freak
Pick up rocks and throw them at you,
Bruising your face just cause they think you’re a geek.

But You,…
Oh you

You get all you want.. heh
Your life is amazing
You’re the idol of yours’ and everyone elses’ worlds.
And somehow you EVEN have that special wanted one.


But once you get home,
You fall to your bed thinking
“Oh, what a great day!”
But It’s just a movie I tell you

A movie playing on a tiny movie screen
A movie that’ll play you out
Until from the outside of your skin,
Your heart can be seen

Guess what..

It’s just a movie.
It’s all fake

Your life is one big movie…
Playing on a tiny movie screen

Either you’ll die of terror

Or someone great is waiting to come.

Either you’ll die happy

or you will have found your meaning
