Never Dies

You told him everything
All your pain and grief
Everytime you told him
It brought a sense of relief

You did not do drugs or cut
He freed you from your guilt
Though it would have helped him
If you knew how he felt

He listened to your stories
Your stories of pain and woe
But he refused to break
And let his feelings show

But one day when you came home
They told you he was dead
You paced your room and cried
And laid down on your bed

You took the pills one by one
And remembered his voice and all he said
And wrote a short note saying
It's all my fault he's dead

The suddenly you felt light
And peacefully closed your eyes
But your one last whisper was
See,true love never dies.....
