With little room for mistake
I take my first steps with ignorance.
Misguided and misunderstood
I’m exiled
Left alone to wander.
Separated from everything that I know
Unfamiliarity sinking in
Growing close with danger
Trying to regain the past
Obstacles complicating plans
Having few moments with memories
Then reluctantly,
Continuing on my never ending journey.
