Shadowed days,
Wakeful nights.
Unknown ways,
Untold sights.

Where to wander
For nightly excusrions?
Who to find
To wander with me?

So alone,
And yet not lonley.
I have the trees,
And they whisper to me.

Secrets of life,
Of joy and love.
Secrets of death,
And the truth
Of what lies beyond.

To love, to live, to laugh,
To see, to sin, to die.
Truth in abundance,
Yet still a living lie.

To love, to laugh, to live,
To die, to sin, to see.
To live the truth,
Staring evil in the eye.

To speak, slow and sweet,
Whispers unto my lover's heart.
Truth written upon his face,
Of his love he cannot lie.
