Is God really there?

With Shaky hands she grabs the knife
Sick of the pain that comes with life.
Blood falls to the floor as she slices her wrists.
In this dark twisted world, she doubts she'll be missed.
Her mind races back and consumes all the lies.
Standing in blood staring up to the sky

"Why do so many do it? Why do they believe? That someone is up
there?" She falls to her knees "God, if you can hear me, God if
you're there. Please know that I'm sorry. I really do care. But so
often I've prayed and never been heard, Or at least if I have my
pleadings haven't worked. But God, hear me out, if you really exist, I
do want to be helped and I want to be missed. If you're really out
there Please save me from death...."

And with that she breathed what would be her last breath.....

In other words...God wasn't there (had some people who didn't get
it)
