Mass murderers take away life’s, never to come back
So where do we put these people?
We lock them up, secluded from society
Never to do any harm again.

For I am a criminal of the heart, the mass murderer of yours
Taking away your life, draining your hope.
I am not human, I am an animal
So please, lock me up like the others.

I never wanted any harm to come to you
But the fact is, that its too late
I have ruined your heart forever
And now you want me dead.

And I will be alone, in my steel cage I’ve built
Knowing what could have been
If I had only listened to my heart
If only I could turn back time.
