The mirror is the enemy
But there's something i can't hide
It scratches away my life
Glass shards fall onto the ground
Leaving your sorrow intertwined with my twisted heart

Your love burns a crimson red
Falling into the mirror
Repressing the soul reflected inside

A piece of you is with me
Everytime the mirror breaks
It confesses all your lies

Your love holds my tears
Shaking in your gnarled claws
Gripping tight on my adoration

And my love for you is strong
but only in the mirror will your vulnerability be safe
