He wonders why she’s not at school
But doesn’t really care
He wonders why he doesn’t hear from her all weekend
But still he’s unaware
Finally he gets a call
The night she died she wrote a note
On the envelope it said his name
She said she’d always love him
And that she was sorry that he didn’t feel the same
Blood drops on the letter
Mixed with tears
She spilled her heart onto the paper
And then onto the bathroom floor
She wrote that the “I love you” s meant nothing
And that she wished she knew before
She wrote that she was sorry for ever bothering
She wrote that he was her life
And that she was the one to blame
Just before the letter ended
She wrote
I made the mistake of saying I loved you and believing that you felt the
same.
