I wish I had black and white film to catch your beauty in a jar. And with
these pictures we can reminisce over old times when it was so easy to cry.
When the angels cared if we were happy or not and demons were friendly and
we could run and play jump rope. Take me in, take me out, and shut me like a
book. It just seems so easy. And I’ll be running and the shudder will cry.
I'll hear hammers and screws moving and you'll silently pray to your pile of
peanut butter to die. So cut your hair short with the lighters of your
heart, and where a button around the school. That mark on your wrist no one
will ever notice but me. And the ink will look so lovely on your water
colored nightmares, that day when you notice that everything you have wanted
was gone. And I watch you look out the windows in math and I can't help but
want to reach and touch your face. I see those crystals fall down your eyes
.could I whip them or would you flinch? I know you never loved me. But I
promise I’ll be the only one who notices anything.
