You've faded again,
Janice.
You said you'd stay,
but you didn't,
Janice.

Sleep in my bed,
wear my long t-shirts,
leave me again,
Janice;
I shall not hurt.

You've left again,
Janice.
You said you'd wait,
but you didn't,
Janice.

Tell me of him,
we drive in my car,
you take off again,
Janice;
but I know where you are.

You've faded again,
Janice.
I knew you would,
but I trusted you,
Janice.
I trusted you.

These pictures of us,
Janice,
memories still-framed.
I trusted you,
Janice.
You've faded again.
