Summer guys
Aren’t just any guys
The preppy and the thugs
All hot in their beaters
Strolling at the pool
Showing off their stuff
They fall in love
And then move on
But that’s a summer guy

They make you want them
Then they find someone new
So you hook up with another one
Maybe this ones real
He aint no summer guy
But damn those summer guys sure are fun

Not every guy is a summer guy
But all the fun ones are
I’m gonna miss my summer dudes
I’d go with them if they had a car
I know I cant and there is no turning back
Maybe next time there is

Summer guys
And their expensive clothes
Calling shorts on the deck
Breaking into the movies
Just to get some free food
They know what they are after
And they are down for anything
They aren’t meant to be in love
Especially in the summer…
