i sit in a dark corner
waiting in fear to see
what is going to happen
to me

i hear them yelling and
i dare not to move. theres
sounds of smashing glass and
broken things. why do they
always have to argue bout me?

why dose everynight have to
be like this. why can't we
be happy like we use to be.

i hear one more scream then
footsteps coming closer and
closer to my room. now i know
i am doomed.

my door flys open and i hear
him scream.he grabs my by the
hair and pulls me close so we
are nose to nose.

while he is yelling at me i
can smell the liquer and weed.
he grabs my neck and starts
choking me.we both fall to our
knees.

everything is blury and its
starting to get dark. i say
a pray and close my eyes then
i say my final good byes.


this is my first poem i have
put up here soo tell me wad
u think.
