"always & forever"
Is that term even true?
When a couple breaks up,
Will true love bring the two
Back together after so long?
How will you know if you're meant for him, or him for you?
How will you know if it's with him that you belong?

I love you
At least I know that's true
My heart says I cant live without you
It's saying that you're the only one for me
But my common sense says it's not possible; it's not reality
So I question these things about fate and destiny
While still wishing you and I are meant to be

Before I thought that we had forever
But then our relationship came to an end
For three months I had to suffer
Till we became friends again
Then I found out you still love me
And I again questioned if maybe this is our destiny
Maybe fate will bring you back to me
Maybe we're truly meant to be

But now I'm hundreds of miles away from you
Missing you no matter what I do
Thinking that when you say you love me
There's a chance for us to start our life anew
At the same time, reality is messing with my mind
Because most people don't end up this way
So all I can really do is hope and wish
For us to see each other again someday

I just don't understand any of this
But I guess I never will
Only time can tell
If our love is strong enough
To withstand all obstacles and stress
To fix my broken heart and all this mess
And to find our way back together
To have our own "always & forever"
