One fall night he tells her how he feels-
that he had to tell her sometime, he was walking on banana peels-
she wanders through the rest of that month-floating on a cloud-
oblivious to the things he says that should be bringing her down-
until one day-
it hits her-
theres someone else- in his life-
while shes left hanging, he takes his time-
the heartbreak proccess is started once again-
instead of something more,
shes considered " just a friend."
So he pushes her away-as if she werent a person-
the pain that she feels,
it teaches her a lesson-
dont be pushed around, dont be easily led, take a minute and see for
yourself if its flattery your being fed.
You can say all you want
but you dont have a vague idea, not the slightest clue-
because you can never really know how much it hurts until it happens to you.
