if not for the fake emo kids
and overuse of "depressed"
this sadness evolving within
would be taken seriously
but now i'm just another kid
writing on walls screaming to be heard
and silenced by the overgodforsaken media
because they show us
that being "over EMOtional" is the new "cool" thing
and i believe
that the kids who aren't faking
will never be taken seriously
how sad.
