Since the day one,
the day I was born.
You've been there for me,
if I had a cut, need help, or if my shirt was torn.

As I've gotten older,
I know I'm harder to deal with.
But YOU have dealt with me,
through all my thins and my thicks.

I know I'm hard to handle,
and I apologize for that.
But no matter how bad I act,
and how much you don't like me at the time,
I'll come out loving you; and that's a matter of fact.

We've been through a lot,
like moving to this place.
Moving from where we both grew up,
and our family, without leaving a trace.

We're going through a tough time right now,
with dad being gone.
I can tell you're worried and stressed,
but I hope that feeling doesn't last for long.

I just wanted to say I love you,
no matter how much I do wrong.
No matter how much we fight,
You'll will always be my mom.
