The words we never say,
are the ones that need to be said,
but alls we ever do,
is keep them in our head.

No matter how sad we are,
No matter how many things we fear,
we keep them to ourselves,
never letting anyone get to near.

Theres a cancer patient afraid of dieing,
yet she always wears a smile,
she doesnt want her kids to know,
that she is in denile.

A teenager being abused,
But is to afraid to tell,
He dreams of suicide,
for him this world is Hell.

There's a little girl in Iraq,
confused over the war,
A single, expecting mother,
scared tothe core.

Hand in hand we stand,
but we walk alone in fear,
never saying what needs to be said,
Never letting anyone get to near.
