i used to get so mad at you
now i just give up
shes always a topic in our conversations
about her, her dog, things you remember
i said nothing when you went and seen her
i change the subject when you talk about her
i dont look at you when she calls you
"we're just friends" you always say
like im supposed to be okay with it
i knoe she likes you
you knoe she likes you
my theory is you keep her around
because you like all the attention
maybe im just the jelous girlfriend
not wanting to lose her boyfriend
but inside im broken
i cant take this anymore
i have to say something, rather you get mad or not
when i tell you, you defend her
though shes the one to blame for all this
why cant she just leave you alone?
we were happy before she came around
now we're always fighting about her
why her? why now?
i dont know whats left to do
so i guess ill just wait and see what happens next
though i have a feeling it will cause nothing but hurt
in the end
