Embrace the horrors
Welcome your strangers
Succumb to the media
That surrounds us all.
Once you step out of your threshold
You can't go back in
Your scars will not fade
And your lies will haunt you.
I wouldn't know, I've never tried
Escaping from the downfall ahead.
Eventually you'll understand
All the pills, food, doctors in the world
Couldn't save you now.
You wear your red band with pride
Your pride will be the death of us.
You take a breath, another step
You hold your ground
They can't break us apart.
