I almost stole a ring

I almost stole this ring
its beauty hypmotizing
its shine, stunning
it reminded me of you
and then i thought, of course
whats this worth?
to look pretty on my ugly finger?
it deserves better
not like it made itself georgus
just that it reminded me of you...
i wanted it
felt i needed it
i put it in my pocket
its randomness, beautiful
like you
the scratch on it. made it flawless
and the way it didnt fit right, made it perfect
this ring remided me of you
youre beautiful, and flawfull
and it makes you perfect
we arent the perfect fit
and that makes us go together just right
i put this ring back on the shelf
so i could long for it
and imagine it being with me
the way i do you
i saw this ring and it reminded me of you
how im missing you
and wont ever forget you
