My life has gone to hell
since you left me
you talked like nobody cared
you thought nobidy heard you
you told me that your life was meaningless
you cried and opened up to me
I thought you were going to be okay
you started to laugh again
your eye started to shine
you said you'd never leave me
you always made me feel better
and I knew you'd protect me
The you went far away
where I couldn't see you
you said your life was starting to fall apart
I wish I could've been there
I wish I could've talk to you, comfort you, help you
Our hands couldn't touch
I couldn't hear your cry for help
I wasn't there when you took your life
you wrote me and said "don't cry for me"
When I got the note my life was torn apart
your death left a hole in my heart
