The Emotion Of Saddness

Why is there such an emotion?
Such an emotion of saddness?
Nothing good comes from that emotion.
All it brings is depression and sucidalness all over the world.
And you wonder why we have so many deaths,
So many murderers,
So many people committing suicide.
It all comes back to what makes them so sad.
Sometimes you think it is caused by anger but it’s not.
It is caused by saddness that forms into anger the longer it is
disreguarded.
Why do we do this to eachother and most importantly to ourselves?
Nobody deserves to have this emotion,
But yet we all do.
And I wonder why?
What comes from this emotion that is worth feeling?
Once you get to the point you are so sad you don’t know how to feel any
other way it is terrible.
You get stuck and you don’t know what to do.
You think life isn’t worth living and nobody cares.
The inside of you feels as if you are dying inside.
There is nothing but pain.
You want it to stop but you don’t know how to make it.
You look for answers but you don’t know where to start looking.
It’s not like you have a map telling you where to go.
You only wish it was that easy.
It is just as hard to find happyness as it is to find love.
Some find it easy and some have to get it the hard way.
And some get lucky and it finds them.
The key to surviving this emotion is to be strong and be a soldier.
Be a soldier through the whole thing and fight your battle to the end,
Until you win.
Because once you win nobody will EVER be able to bring you back down.
