I am hurt by every blank stare,
they peer through me, as if I'm not there
Every time you look at me with those frightful, wide eyes,
every bit of happiness in me simply dies
Each longing look that you cast,
makes me wish I could change the past
I see you many times each and every day.
and not one word to me do you say
I know that what happened was bad
And I can understand if you're mad
But silence will not solve a thing
Pain is the only thing it will bring
So please forgive me for what I did do,
because I can't take anymore blank stares from you
