Trying to mislead everyone around
I've left no where to hide
With ribs protruding from my skin
And the smell of vomit on my breath

How is one not to know
Of what is going on here
The more I eat the less I weigh
Does anyone even care

Fingers down my throat
While bending over the toliet
I am doing this once again
I am never thin enough to please

When I'm laying on that hospital bed
You're wearing a dazed look on your face
Couldn't you see this coming
'Cause you're the one who said that I was fat
