they say my heart will fall into millions of pieces when it's over
and that it wont last long
but look how far we've come


you hear a rumor
you take actions to a rumor
my heart is now broken
i see my heart spread into not millions of pieces but billions of pieces
i feel a chill down my spine
i feel soaking wet
probably from the endless tears that i shed

because a rumor that you heard and took to heart
