deep in the dark
with no one around
the words turn to a whisper
and silence is soon found
a little girl
crying to no end
forcing herself under
heart needing to mend
shes tried to have help
but no ones around
so deep under the water
her body is found
a note in her eyes
that she always tried
she tried to live life
but the pain was too much
so now she lies deep in his eyes
and he realizes that her heart was lost to him
he treated it like a toy
and now she cries silently
under miles of broken dreams
