No Heart, Nothing Left

I want to die,
No reason to live.
I break down and cry,
Having no heart to give.
You took my heart,
Placed it in the palm of your hand.
As you squeezed it tighter and tighter,
Blood slipped through your fingers like sand.
You did not stop,
Until all of it was squeezed on the floor.
Then you washed your hands,
And walked right out the door.
With no heart left,
Nothing to give.
How do I move on,
How do I live?
I'm cold and lonely,
With my heart in a puddle at my feet.
How could something go so wrong,
That used to be so sweet?
Without you,
I have nothing to live for.
Without you,
I can't live anymore.

All it takes,
Is a stab or a slice.
To get everything out,
It would feel so nice.
It will all be over,
Soon enough.
Because I'll never have you again,
My love.
You were my love, my life,
My soul deep within and my friend.
It's time to say good-bye,
My life's coming to an end.
