If all the skies were gray
and the wind blew softly
against my eyes and across my cheeks
The snow would crunch under my toes

If the grass was green
and rain poured down
soft petals of roses
Pollen would fly through the air

If grass grew high
and it was hot and humid
birds make nests and eat worms
I would go swimming

If everything was dead
leaves whisp around me
chilly days come
animals would gather food

" You might not understand this but you would have to see what
wasn't there, read between the lines. It is a work of art like any
other poem ever written no matter how big, small, rhyming or non-rhyming. I
hope you "see" it. "
