The End Of The World

The life in your lips
Swallowed by your taste.
The red in your cheeks
Slowly starts to fade.
The depiction of an ending
So far and misused.
So far from our fates
We're all lost and confused.

It's the end of the world
So dark in the skies
The end of the world
We've all become spies.
Betrayed by our friends, families and selves.
It's the end of the world,
And there is no one left to tell.

So strong I felt
For a feeling that's fleeting
The air grows old
These wounds are bleeding.
To pass for a god,
But not making a man.
To fuck up this life
And the love that I had.

It's the end of the world
So black in my mind
The end of the world
We've all become spies.
Betrayed by our friends, families and selves...
It's the end of the world,
Who's left to tell.
