Wings for Andy

I present you with these wings
I present you with these horns
I present you with this halo
And show you my heart so torn
I present you with these wings
I present you with this halo
I present you with these horns
And kiss your forehead as you go
When they took the casket from the church
Tears kept flowin down
All I kept saying was don't take my brother
But tried not to say it loud
Andy Ochs was a great man
He'd give you the shirt off his back
He was such an awesome cousin
I wish I could have him back
Although a hell raiser
He was a saint
And now that he's gone
He's out of pain
But it doesn't change my mind
I still need him here
But he was just too selfish
To not make me realise my fear
I keep thinking of him doing
That morbid thing he did
Physically and chronalogocally 23
But at heart, still just a kid

Andy Warren Ochs 1981-2004...Wish I knew your middle name was Warren earlier
so I could've teased you about it
