You’ll never understand why I miss him.
Try and understand that I do.
But, you’ll never get what I see in him.

You’ll never get it,
Because you’re too shallow
To understand what I see in him.

But I see a lot of things others don’t.
Because I have an open mind
Which is something you lack.

You’re too shallow.
Too shallow to see the good in the ugly.
To see the bad in the beautiful.

You’re too shallow
To make something “ugly” into something beautiful
Or to make something “bad” into something good.

You’ll never understand why I miss him.
Just understand that I do.
But you’ll never get what I see in him.
