Well this love just brought on pain
I want to be happy
Like I was before
Before everything went wrong
I wish we were still friends
Close like we once were
But we aren't

I sing joyful song trying to hide the pain
But there is no hiding it
Because this once happy little girl
Is now dead inside
No more happiness in my life
No more wondering why
Why things didn't go right
Just broken inside
Thinking about what might have been
Just this flame inside me
