I have glass ears
This is a very impractical thing
They cause me discomfort throught the day
These ears of mine

I have to polish my ears every other day
If I do not I cannot hear properly
These ears have a slight pull
This takes some getting used to
Of course it does look nice on a sunny day
These green glass ears of mine

The have a sort of lime green tint
I view the light the produce and it reminds me of the ocean
It reminds me of my childhood by the shore,
My father was an accomplished glass blower
My father did not create my ears
They were produced by a man from the city
These heavy glass ears of mine
