Why live a life full of anger and hate
every day consists of a fight or debate
Why have raging emotions and flowing tears
why smile, when you hide your fears
Life is not meant to be filled with these pains
People shouldn't hold you back in chains
Life means live, learn, laugh and grow
It means cherish the things you love and know
Chains contain a person, not letting them free,
and not letting them be what they want to be
Chains are binding right from the start,
they hold you together, yet tear you apart
Chains simply lock your life away,
making everything dark, gloomy and grey
But everything has a solutiion, or a key,
by finding it you will be set free
